We accept returned products if the following conditions are followed:
Your return request sent to (and confirmed) has been sent
21 days after delivery of the item(s).
The item(s) are returned within 7 days of request for refund
or exchange sent to (and confirmed) email@example.com
The items carry no trace of use and are strictly unused, still having their original tags attached.
We are not responsible for sending the item(s) for return.
The shipping costs for a return / refund / exchange are not refunded, with the exception of a manufacturing defect on the item(s) or if it was not the item ordered initially.
The refund is only done on the card that has been debited for the purchase.
When a return is requested you will receive a confirmation email with an authorization number that you will have to write on the package.
